Shipping
All Towel Cakes, Gift Baskets and Any Occasion Gift are shipped by FedEx
Ground Shipping to anywhere in the Continental USA for a Flate Rate Fee of $6.00.
Regardless of how many products you purchase, the fee will always be $6.00!

I do offer Expedited shipping, additional fees may apply.
I will contact you with pricing if you email me with your delivery deadline and location.
Rush shipping charges range from $20 to $75, depending on service.
I ask only that you split the shipping cost with me.

**An additional charge of $35 must be applied to all shipments going to
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
  **APO/Military Base shipments will be applied an additional charge of $25.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Military Bases
Must be shipped by the US Post Office Priority Mail.
**Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and APO/Military delivery time is 2-8 weeks by US Post Office Parcel Post.
So with the additional fee, you will be splitting the Priority Mail shipping cost with me.

Shipments will be processed immediately after payment has been received.
Canadian and all International buyers must pay for all Broker, Duty and Customs Fees if any.
Overseas buyers must contact me about shipping charges prior to purchasing.
Depending on your location, delivery time may vary from 1 day to 1 week.

Refunds/Returns
All items are 100% Guaranteed.
Should you need to return your item, please contact me for instructions.
All returns must be originally assembled, unused and made within 7 days of receiving the item.
A refund will be issued after the item has been returned minus a 15% handling fee.

Personalization & Embroidery
Personalized Embroidery is available on any Towel Gift Product for an additional cost.
You can include the Recipient's Name, Wedding Date or anything else you wish embroidered!
Please allow up to one week for all embroidery orders.

Payment/Pricing
PayPal, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier's and Personal Checks are accepted.
You don't need a PayPal Account to use the Checkout Process with any Credit Card.
