Shipping
All Towel Cakes, Gift Baskets and Any Occasion Gift are shipped by UPS or FedEx
Ground Shipping Only to anywhere in the Continental USA only for a Flate Rate Fee of $6.00. 
Regardless of how many products you purchase, the fee will always be $6.00 
An additional charge of $35 must be applied to all shipments going to
**Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
  APO/Military Base Shipments will be applied an additional charge of $25.

  UPS and FedEx does not ship to Alaska, Virgin Islands,
Puerto Rico and Any Military Base with Ground Shipping.
Therefore, your package must be shipped by the US Post Office Priority Mail.
From past shipping experience to these locations, shipping could take up to a month or more to deliver.
So with the additional fee, you will be splitting the shipping cost with
Custom Towel Cakes (Corporate Account is Baby Love Diaper Cakes)
and your package will be shipped out Priority Mail.

I do offer Expedited shipping by way of Priority Mail by the US Post Office.  Additional fees may apply.
I will contact you with pricing once you email me with your shipping delivery deadline and location.
Prices may run anywhere from $20 to $75 for me to expedite shipping and
my only request is that you split the shipping cost with me.

Shipments will be processed immediately after payment has been received.
Canadian and all International buyers must pay for all Broker, Duty and Customs Fees if any.
Overseas buyers must contact me about shipping charges prior to purchasing.
Depending on your location, delivery time may vary from 1 day to 1 Week

Refunds/Returns
All items are 100% Guaranteed.  Should you need to return your item, please contact me prior to returning.
All returns must be originally assembled, unused and made within 7 days of receiving the item.
A refund will be issued after the item has been returned minus a 15% handling fee .

Personalization & Embroidery
Personalized Embroidery is available on any Towel or Gift Product or Blanket for an additional Costs.
It can include the Recipient's Name, Birth Date or anything you wish to have said in your embroidery. 
Please allow for up to one week for all embroidery.

PayPal, Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier's and Personal Checks are accepted.
You don't need to have a PayPal Account to use the
Checkout Process with your Credit Card. You can use any Credit Card or Debit Card through PayPal.
